How do I re-order?

Let us know your name and phone number with the number of bottles you need and we will schedule your delivery.
What do I do with the 5 gallon empty bottles?
Please return the empty bottles when you are ready for a refill and we will replace them with full bottles.
(Bottles are property of UPH2O and must be returned upon discontinued services).
What are delivery days/times?
Delivery hours are Monday – Friday 8am-6pm.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver on a monthly basis. Please contact us to set up delivery dates.
Do you automatically deliver every month?
Yes, we set up your delivery automatically every month.
What does the One-time Initial Fee of $59.99 cover?
This fee covers handling, sanitation, damage, wear, and tare of the 5gallon bottles for the lifetime of service rendered to you. Fee is non-refundable and does not count for credit toward water or bottles.
How do I cancel my service?
Please call, email, or text at any time to let us know you will be canceling your service. We will schedule a date to pick up the empty bottles. There is no cancellation fee.
